Since there have been many virus attacks by unknown persons in the past, it is necessary to collect information through this form instead of through an email link. Although the opinions of persons under the age of 18 are respected just as any other, a recent email from a person who claims to be under the age of 18 and who is a female caused the following rules to be put into place regarding contacting this campaign. All persons filling out this form are required to be 18 years of age or older. Emails received from those persons under the age of 18 will be forwarded to their local government representative and the person who sent the email will be notified of such forwarding of their email.
