After finally gaining access to a full-service federal law library on Monday December 4, 2006, there has been much progress with the matter that is before the Court. Please go to Complaint where you will find updated information and where you can read the entire original complaint with links to all exhibits as was originally filed with the federal court for the purpose of educating yourself on this very important election case. The Site Map and Disclaimer have been updated accordingly.

The amended complaint filed in federal district court was served on New York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, New York State Board of Elections, New York City Board of Elections and YAHOO, Inc. Still to be served the complaint are New York State Governor Pataki, former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, Ronald M. Gunzburger (Politics1.com publisher) and IAC/Interactive Corp. (parent company of ask.com).
In the meantime, housing issues that Donald Winkfield and I had been working on, including the David and Goliath fight between Florence M. Rice and her landlord, that was planned to be posted to the website BEFORE the General Election to demonstrate that New York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer will not protect tenants because of his involvemnt with real estate holdings, is now posted on the website.
WATCH Housing Updates
Information that was planned to be posted on the website and was unable to be posted because of the violations by some of the above named parties during the election campaign will be posted as time permits. The most important issue right now is asking the court to declare the election null and void and to have it re-run.
Thank you for your patience.

The Chief Judge of the Federal District Court of the Southern District of New York and the Clerk of the Court were informed in writing regarding the "confusion" factor of serving the orginal complaint filed on November 6, 2006 (see November 22 posting below for details). The Amended Complaint, the Amended Summons and the Order to Show Cause (and its supporting documents) that was denied by Judge Holwell were served on the New York State Board of Elections in Albany and the New York City Board of Elections on November 27, 2006. And it is certainly interesting to note that the number of new "unique" visitors to the site from the time period of midnight to seven a,m.this morning increased 600% since serving the papers on the Boards of Election so I do believe we have someone's attention in this matter. This will be the only update to the site today. Thank you for your patience.

An amended complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on November 21, 2006 naming three high level elected officials in New York, one former elected official, two internet companies and a publisher of a political website in the complaint that also requests amongst other relief, a sum in the total amount of sixty-three million dollars for damages regarding various civil rights violations commited against me since 1997. Please go to Complaint for additional information on the amended complaint and the appeal on the Order to Show Cause that was denied by Federal District Judge Holwell on November 6, 2006.

As a result of filing a last minute complaint on
one day before the General Election against the New York State Board of
Elections and the New York City Board of Elections in the Southern District of New York by me, all updates to the website will be added as time permits. The case number is 06 CV 12965.
The complaint outlines various problems with the
election process in New York State as well as some of the intentional acts
committed by the State Board. I also filed an Order to Show Cause to stay the
election and asked the Court for the relief as described below.
1. Cease and desist using the mechanical voting
machines.
2. Use paper ballots with a copy that has a bar
code and it's number for accountability purposes.
3. Stay the election (Temporary Restraining Order) until the names of
William E. Murawski and Donald Winkfield for Governor and Lt. Governor are placed on the ballot,
respectively.
Although the Order to Show Cause was denied early
last night, I do not believe it was because of any conspiracy against pro-se
(self representative litigants) like many believe but instead I think it was
denied because of my inexperience in filing a federal complaint so the blame for
the failure for having the relief granted is on me. However, the battle is not
yet over!
Since the complaint against both of the election
boards and was accepted by the Federal District Court one day prior to the
election, the complaint remains. And after I am finished sending an email out to my entire list and post this to the website
, I will be going down to the court to follow up on the
complaint.
I am asking that anyone who requests a paper ballot
in this election to vote for the candidate of their choice in the State of New
York and have any type of problem or is denied the right to vote with a paper
ballot, please contact me via email or at home (212) 246-7811.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated interest
and cooperation in this very important matter.

The page contains a culmination of all of the articles written by Donald Winkfield and selected public access shows that include segments of DeWiott Clinton Express, Inside the United Nations and 30 Minutes with Florence M. Rice. Therefore, those who like to read can go to Articles by Donald Winkfield; those who prefer to watch television shows can go to Video Map; and those who want a quick-look-see as to what our elected officials aren't doing for us can go to Media Issues, where there is a note of interest about how the Patriot Act affected me. More public access shows are being added regarding housing and elections.

"Having been involved with housing issues since 1976, and very involved with publicly funded coops (known as HDFC's), I never could have imagined that the "rich and famous" are having the same problem with coops as lower income tenants in publicly financed housing. Be sure not to miss these two 58 minute shows and especially if you own shares in a coop. And you may even be a bit shocked once you find out what State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer is doing about the coop problems."

Happy Halloween everyone! The "Site Map" link is added where information on this website is separated into the following categories: Corruption, Housing, Uniform Court System and Voting Rights and Elections. Go to Site Map. Today is also the day that the Seven-Day Election Campaign begins so don't touch that dial (or click that mouse)! And just so you know, the Seven-Day Election Campaign was developed and tested several years ago and was proven that elections are won and lost during the seven days before a Genaral Election when in the 2001 election for Mayor of the City of New York, front-runner Mark Green lost to Michael Bloomberg.

So you believe State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer is the answer to all the problems in New York State, do you?
Although it may be clear to some, State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer has done little for We The People during his eight years office. And to make it easier to convince those who do not believe it, access to the articles by Donald Winkfield that fully support the claim against Spitzer are now seamless and easy. At the end of each article about the New York City Department of Corrections and its former commissioner Bernard B. Kerik, the following links will be displayed:

READ Johnson: Kerik's Crime Partner?
READ Part 1 of Sexual Harassment Ignored

Donald Winkfield's articles on the MTA are also easier to access by placing links to the other stories on the MTA at the end of the article.

If, after reading the above articles written by Donald Winkfield you continue to believe that State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer is your choice for the next Governor of the State of New York because the media and politicians have convinced you he is the answer to fix the dysfunctional democratic process Albany, wait a few days for further information to be added to the site. And be sure to pass this information on to all your family, friends and neighbors and ask them to pass the information on to their family, friends and neighbors and so on. Thanks for your patience.

As a result of the overwhelming successs of our planned marketing campaign for the election, people are literally "coming out of the woodwork" to provide support in so many ways. Therefore the IPO will be delayed for a short period of time.
Producers of a few well established public access television shows invited me (Bill Murawski) as a guest on their shows and others are assisting the campaign in many other areas.
On the road to the election, as many know, there are so many challenges to be met. After 11 years of interruption free broadcast on the Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN), our most recent show was cut off the air five minutes prior to the most important end (the oversight for MNN is the current Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer whom I've had battles with in the past) so it is not surprising this happened. However, MNN agreed to rebroadcast the show (due to "technical difficulties") in it's entirety on Thursday March 26th (tomorrow) at 7:30 p.m. on MNN Channels 34 and 83. The show will be simulcast on the internet at www.mnn.org on that website's Channel 34.
At this time Donald Winkfield and I would like to thank everyone out there for the mounting success we are enjoying during this election campaign, all of which comes as a result of people listening to our campaign ads running at www.beatlesarama.com and passing our campaign information using the good old grass-roots method known as "word-of-mouth". And lastly and most importantly, we would like to thank our small group of loyal and hard working volunteers who helped "plant the seeds" of our campaign only one short month ago.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated patience and interest in our election campaign.

The IPO for the election campaign will be posted later tonight. However, for your reading enjoyment and education as to how certain organizations and persons can influence an election, go to this website's Politics1.com link, which is not yet linked to the structure of the website. And there will be so much more posted on this site about the propaganda that is used in elections to influence them. Two more newspaper articles written by Donald Winkfield are now posted. The first one posted today is about the deportation of a Vietnam Vet and the second is about taxes. The number of articles written by Donald Winkfield are now five and counting. Political hacks from all walks of life are using divisive tactics, propaganda that disparages my good name and outright lies on the internet. This matter hasconsumed great deal of time over the past few weeks and addressing this serious matter is the main reason for delays in preparing this website for the upcoming election. However, my efforts were rewarded late yesterday with success! I was contacted by the legal counsel of a major search engine who assured me the website information provided to it about me (associating me as a communist political organizer) will be blocked. This and all other incidents involving lies about my good character will be addressed on website by Monday 21, 2006. My reasons for taking this matter so seriously is that I once read a plaque that was hanging on the wall of an attorney-at-law that stated "My father provided me a name that can be honored and I will do what is necessary to ensure that name will be passed on as honorably as it was to me." And you can be assured that I will do all that is necessary withing the confines of the law to ensure that the name of Bill Murawski remains honorable. -- Bill Murawski

As a result of the known and many dirty tricks that are used against candidates running for political office, an age requirement is added to the Contact Us page as a result of receiving a questionable email from a person who claims to be under the age of 18 and who also claims to be a female. Addressing the matter of responding to those under the age of 18, which is taken to be serious in nature, has caused a further delay in updating this website as planned.

Events of the prior day have an impact on our every day priorities and this is especially true of poltical campaigns. One of the prioities in this campaign is restoring family values and human rights. Therefore, if Bill Murawski and Donald Winkfield can only talk the talk and not walk the walk, this election campaign would not exist. The information scheduled to be posted (see October 8 comments) had to be delayed one or two days because family matters matters took a much higher priority. However, there were a number of accomplishments that should be noted.
The marketing reseach campaign conducted over the last two weeks is determined successful. There were successes in other areas as well. During a pre-determined specified time-period, one thousand business cards with campaign information and details of DeWitt Clinton Express (Bill Murawski's public access television show) were distributed and the outcome is as follows:
1) 45% of the number of business cards distributed is attributed to the increase of unique visitors to the site
2) There is an increase in the percentage of unique visitors who visited the site for more than 5 minutes at a time (5 minutes to 1 hour time period).
3) Positive strides in other areas of this election campaign were made, which will help steer the overall campaign strategy that will lead us to the general election that will be held on November 7, 2006.

Although Bill Murawski and Donald Winkfield are not widely known as candidates in this election, there certainly have been more than enough disparaging and false remarks (therefore libelous) placed on the internet about them recently, which certainly demonstrates they are feared by the powers that be, their political hacks and the "annointed ones" for Governor and Lt. Governor, Eliot Spitzer and David Patterson, respectively. Due to the overwhelming accomplishments by Bill Murawski and Donald Winkfield to have much of the the aforementioned information removed from the internet AND the letters addressing various New York State agencies (Ethics Commission and Board of Elections) regarding their outrageous and intimidating attacks with fraudulent documentation, it has been decided to wait until Wednesday evening October 11th to post all of the material regarding the work of Bill Murawski and Donald Winkfield in these matters so the entire story can be told and not just part of it because the tactics used against Bill Murawski and Donald Winkfield will certainly shed some light on some of the tactics used against other candidates (like Jeanine Pirro). Thank you for your anticipated cooperation and patience in this matter.
