Known as the Ralph Nader of Harlem, noted consumer advocate Florence M. Rice headquartered in Harlem decided to dedicate two segments of her public  access show -- 30 Minutes with Florence M. Rice -- to join the fight to protect our voting rights.  Watch part one as Miss Rice and Bill Murawski discuss the issue of paper ballots and how Bill Murawski became involved with working on fixing the election process in New York in 1997 and other issues with voting.
