First and foremost, and also the easiest thing to do is to pass the word on about this website that will contain the latest information about the complaint and pending appeal of U.S. Dictrict Judge Holwell's decision than is listed below.

"Plaintiff's request for a temporary restraining order and preliminary restraining injunction is denied.  Plaintiff was aware that his name was not on the ballot no later than September 6, 2006.  Plaintiffs unjustified delay in seeking equitable relief is sufficient in itself to deny the requested relief.  A review of his papers further indicates that his claimed right to be on the ballot is lacking in merit leaving aside any merit of his other cliams, no reason is given why such claims were not asserted until the eleventh hour".

So you ask, "Why should I want help speading the word on a case where an election was asked to be stopped and was denied by the court?"   

Some of the Reasons

Primarily, and since my complaint was filed in the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York PRIOR to the General Election and is supported with evidence of negligence by the Defendants regarding the election process in the State of New York that alleged would occur in the election held in New York State on Novemeber 7, 2006 and did ocurr in the election, the reality of having a fair and open election in New York State is now a potential reality!

The election fiacso in Florida during the 2000 Presidential Election placed the spotlight on election issues no one had heard of before however because of my personal involvement with elections in New York City and New York State I was "privvy" to those irregularities.  Because the Democratic and Republican Parties did not expect such a close election in Florida that called for a re-count as determined by law, both parties had to put on a dog-and-pony show for the public because NOW, the entire world was watching American Democracy hard at work!  And what a performance it was!  Academy Award Sweep was written all over it!  

And as the millions of people hooked into the  instant world-wide technology, they watched the acknowledged leader of democracy in the Free World embarrassed itself day after day with the ineptitude of managing an election while the American Voters patiently waited for a decision as to who was going to be our next president -- Bush or Gore?

The United States Supreme Court as an involved party in the election also played a willing character in the play.  They toiled hard to keep the suspense up and in the end, the votes of all of the American Citizens who voted for Al Gore were declared null and void and therefore, those people who voted for him were disenfranchised!  And when we come down to the naked truth about it all, the only event that took place was the United States Supreme Court passed the royal crown of our presidency from one royal family to another.  Therefore, and from hereonin, the Democratic and Republican Parties will be referred to as the Democratic Royalty Hard at Work because when we come down to the plain and simple truth of the matter, we are living with and govered by an oligarthic monarchy.  And then came the 2004 Presidential Election in Florida were many beleive that the Republicans stole that election from We the People once again!  Think about it for a a few minutes . . .

The same persons who voted against George W. Bush in the year 2000 by voting for other candidates would still vote against George Bush.  And since there was such an anti-war sentiment amongst We the People prior to the 2004 election and the "Red Threat Level" was imposed to scare the general populace into voting for Republicans, there should have been and there were millions more persons who would go to the poles and vote against George W. Bush, at least in New York State where it was the first time in ten years that I had to wait on line to vote!

To summarize, many continue to believe the Presidential Election of 2000 was stolen from We the People, but by whom?  The United States Supreme Court?  And then came the Presidential Elections in 2004 in Ohio, where there were so many allegations of election irregularities and once again an election was stolen from We the People. But all of what happened in Florida and Ohio happened during and after the election.  And based upon information and belief, no one, not anywhere in the United States has ever filed a complaint of voter irregularities against an election board  PRIOR to the election documenting instances of voter irregularities.  And THAT is why every single voice of We the People now has the opportunity to be heard for the very first time in a fraudulent election.

So those of you who are following this story, please be patient.  What you can do to help will be posted on this website and therefore continue to urge visiting the "What's New" button on this website as your time permits page to keep track of new developments in the matter because the only place you will read about it is right here. And as information is available and as time permits, it be posted.
